A printer that keeps up after the toasts
The Pro package carries the DNP DS620A, the studio printer we use ourselves: about 8 seconds a print. The Canon SELPHY CP1500 on the middle package takes about 45, which is the difference between a line and a crowd.

A booth priced by an attendant's hours is packed up while the dance floor is still full. This one is yours for the whole event, for one flat price.

After you book you get a private event page. Upload a monogram and see a live preview of the exact strip, or tick “design the strip for me” — that is included, not an upcharge. Choose a white, black, silver or gold backdrop. Every photo lands in one gallery: full resolution, no watermark, no expiry.
What couples ask.
Does my venue need a certificate of insurance from you?
No — and this is the answer to give your coordinator. A COI is something venues require of vendors who come on site. Nobody from KnotBooth enters your venue. The booth ships to you and you bring it in yourself, the same as a cake stand or a card box, so there's no vendor to insure.
What if I'm not the one setting it up?
That's normal — it's usually a bridesmaid or the venue coordinator. A printed card in the lid walks whoever's holding it through four steps, and our day-of line is live from the moment the box is delivered until your return is scanned.
Is one booth enough for my guest count?
Up to about 150 guests, comfortably. Past that the line gets long late in the night, which is why most 200-guest weddings book the DNP tier — it prints in eight seconds instead of forty-five.
Can you ship straight to my venue?
We can, but we usually talk people out of it. Venues lose boxes, and nobody's there to sign on a Tuesday. Ship it to your house or your parents' house and bring it with you.
Can guests record a video message?
With the video guestbook add-on, yes. It's $89 and it switches the booth into video mode, and a real microphone ships in the kit so you can actually hear them over the band. Every message lands in your gallery alongside the photos.
When do I actually pay?
$100 when you book, if your event is more than 30 days away — that reserves your date and counts toward your total. The rest is charged to the same card 30 days before the event; if that day is more than a week off, we email you first. Booking closer than 30 days? You pay in full at checkout and there is nothing left to pay later.
