The booth ships from Red Bank, New Jersey. If you are in New Jersey, the New York metro or eastern Pennsylvania, that is one shipping day — it lands the business day before your event, you set it up in about ten minutes, and it runs as long as the party does. Nobody from us comes with it, and nothing on the clock.
The kit ships to all 48 contiguous states. From Red Bank, these are the places it reaches in a single ground day — so it arrives the business day before your event rather than three, and the prepaid return label gets it back to us just as quickly.
A traditional attended booth around here runs about $650 for 3 hours — the typical range is $425–$1,000 — because you are paying for somebody's night, their drive, and every extra hour after the third. Take the person out and what is left is the equipment.

KnotBooth is made by Red Bank Studio, a wedding photography and video studio in Red Bank. The booth exists because we have stood in the corner of enough receptions to know what guests actually do with one — and which printer keeps up when two hundred people want a strip at once.
Neither, and that is the point. It ships to your door by ground, the prepaid return label is taped inside the lid, and you hand the box back to the carrier within 2 days of your event. No van, no appointment, no one to wait in for.
About 15 days nearby — your kit is built, loaded and test-printed for your event rather than pulled off a shelf. Popular Saturdays in May, June, September and October are often committed months out, so if yours is one of them, book it as soon as you have it.
Almost certainly. It needs about eight feet by eight feet of floor and one standard outlet. It does not need the venue's Wi-Fi — the booth carries its own network — and because nobody from us comes on site, there is no vendor for the venue to insure or badge.
A refundable authorization placed two days before the kit ships — the same thing a rental car counter does. It shows as pending, not as money moved, and it releases the moment your return gets its first carrier scan.
Two minutes, and the date comes off the calendar the moment you're done.
