It ships to your building, one person sets it up in about ten minutes, and it runs as long as the party does. Nobody from us comes on site — which removes most of what makes booking a booth at work annoying.
A COI is something a venue requires of vendors who come on site. Nobody from KnotBooth enters your building. The box arrives, your team sets it up, the box goes back — there is no vendor to insure and nothing for facilities to approve.
No attendant means nobody to sign in, escort, feed, or get through building security on a Friday afternoon in December.
The booth is priced per rental, not per hour. If the party runs two hours long there is no change order, because there is no clock and nobody standing next to it being paid by the hour.
One flat price for the whole event, whatever the headcount. The top tier is $459 with 400 prints included.

After you book you get a private event page. Upload your logo and you see a live preview of the actual strip, drawn from the booth's real print measurements — so what is on screen is what comes out of the printer. There is no upcharge for it, and nothing on the booth or the strip sells your people anything.
12 days minimum. Your kit is built, loaded and test-printed for your event rather than pulled off a shelf, and December books up early — if the party is on a Friday in the first half of December, order it in October.
That is the better address. Offices are staffed during the day and someone can sign for it. Hotels and event venues receive a lot of boxes and are not set up to track one for an event three days out.
It is a refundable authorization placed two days before the kit ships, the same mechanism a rental car counter uses. It shows as pending, not as money moved, and it releases as soon as the return gets its first carrier scan. If a corporate card cannot carry a pending authorization, call us before you book and we will work around it.
No, and that is deliberate. The booth runs its own network, so shooting and printing never touch corporate IT. Nothing needs to be allowed through a firewall and nobody needs to raise a ticket.
One case: a three-piece shell, an iPad already configured for your event, the printer and its media, 24 cardboard props, a backdrop and stand, and the prepaid return label taped inside the lid.
