We leave a booth with you at no cost. You book it for your own clients, we handle the client, the money and the gallery, and you keep from $99 a booking — more when you set your own prices.
Apply to the programTwo of each kind of business per county. We don't take a third.
$99 is the floor, not the figure. It is the same on every tier — a booth on your floor costs us nothing to ship, and roughly that saving is what goes to you — so a client picking the cheapest package earns you what the most expensive one does, and anything you charge over our list is yours on top.
| What your client books | Our list price | You keepat that price |
|---|---|---|
| Digital Booth | $249 | $99 |
| Digital + Prints100 prints included | $359 | $99 |
| Digital + Pro Prints400 prints included | $459 | $99 |
Charge more and keep the difference. Those are our prices. Yours are yours to set from your own partner page, and every dollar above our list price is added to the $99 rather than shared. The only bound is a floor we agree with you, which starts at our own price — so $99 is the least a booking can earn you.
Which also means we hold the client relationship — we take the payment and we write every email. If you want to be the one billing and branding, this is the wrong arrangement and we would rather say so on this page than in a meeting.
We email your client a payment link and their card is charged by us. You never take a deposit, never chase a balance, and never hold anybody's card details.
The confirmation, the reminders, the gallery link, the return instructions. All of it comes from us, and all of it comes back to us.
Every photo lands in an online gallery their guests can reach that night. We build it, host it and support it.
A jammed printer at eleven at night is our phone call, not yours. KnotBooth answers it.
You are already quoting the wedding. Tables, chairs, linens, a dance floor — and then somebody asks about a photo booth and you either sub it out or lose the line.
The booth sits on your own shelf, goes out on your own van, and comes back on it. It is one more line on a quote you were writing anyway.
The wedding is already in your building. So is the booth — in a cupboard, ten steps from where it will stand.
No delivery window, no vendor to badge in, nobody to escort. Your coordinator sets it up in the time it takes to lay a table.
You meet her a year before anyone else does, in an appointment that is already about the day itself.
It is the one thing you can sell her that she has not thought about yet, and it does not compete with a single thing on your rails.
Not one of those three? Planners and photographers already fit. The program needs two things and there is no third: somewhere a case about the size of a filing cabinet can live, and clients who are getting married, or an event calendar that already exists. If that is you, apply and tell us what you do — somebody reads every one of these.
We deliver a kit and show somebody how to run it. It stays on your floor. It costs you nothing to keep and nothing to hold.
A client wants a booth for their date. You open your partner page, check the date is free and submit it. Two minutes.
We email your client, take the payment and open their gallery. You do not chase anybody.
Your share is added up and paid out — straight to your bank if you have connected one, by cheque if you would rather.
Plainly, and before you apply. A booth is our equipment standing in your building and you should know the arrangement before it gets there.
| What does it cost to hold a booth? | Nothing. The kit stays ours and stays insured by us. You are not buying it, leasing it or financing it. |
|---|---|
| What do you keep? | $99 a booking at our own list prices, and that is the floor rather than the figure — whatever you charge above ours is yours on top of it. The floor is the same on every tier, so a Digital Booth earns you what a Digital + Pro Prints does. |
| Who owns the client? | We do, and this is the part to be clear about. We take the payment, we write every email and the gallery is ours. If you want to be the one billing and branding, this is not the right arrangement and we would rather say so now. |
| How many partners in one county? | Two of each kind. Two venues, two rental companies, two bridal shops — and we don't take a third of anything. It is a real limit and it is the reason we read applications rather than signing everybody. |
| How does the booth get to the event? | You take it. That is the whole model — the kit is already with you, so nothing ships and nobody waits on a delivery window. |
| What if a booth is damaged? | Every client's card carries a refundable $500 authorization while the kit is out, placed and released by us. It is not money moved and you are not the one holding it. |
Every kind of business gets 2 slots per county, so we read these properly rather than signing everybody. Nothing is committed by sending it — you can also call (914) 825-5498 if you would rather talk first.
No commitment, and nothing to sign here. We read it and write back.
No. The booth is one case and a stand, it goes up in about ten minutes with no tools, and there is a card in the lid with the steps on it. The people who run ours at receptions are usually whoever is nearest.
About the footprint of a filing cabinet when it is packed away. It needs a corner of a stockroom, not a bay.
No quota, no minimum and no fee for a quiet quarter. We would rather have a partner who sells six good weddings a year than one who feels chased.
Yes — that is where the "from" comes in. Your prices are yours to set from your own partner page and they apply to your next booking. At our list price you keep $99; price above it and the difference is yours as well. The only bound is a floor we agree with you, which by default is our own price, so nothing puts you under $99.
They go to an online gallery their guests can reach the same night, and it stays up. We build and host it.
Yes. Tell us, we collect the kit, and any bookings already taken get honoured. There is no term and nothing to buy your way out of.
A conversation, somewhere to keep a booth, and somebody who will be shown how to run it. That is genuinely the list.
If you have somewhere to keep a booth and clients who are getting married, yes — tell us what you do and we will read it properly. Planners and photographers already fit; we are not going to pretend to know every business that does.
