One person, no tools. The order matters — step two especially:
Put the base on the floor, flat side down.
Run the power cord up through the base before anything goes on top of it. The cord routes through the middle of the stack. Leave it until later and the towers have to come off again.
Slide the middle piece onto the base. It only fits one way.
Slide the top piece on the same way. The iPad is in its front.
Flip the light switch on the top piece. Nothing else turns the lights on, and photos taken without them look dim.
Plug in at the wall and give it about 90 seconds. The screen wakes on its own.
Take one test photo and print it. Check the colour, then you are open.
There is nothing to log into and no network to join.
Two minutes, and you'll know either way.
