Does the hall or the school need anything from you?
No. Nobody from KnotBooth comes on site, so there is no vendor for them to insure, badge or let in. The box arrives, your people set it up, the box goes back.
How far ahead should we book?
14 days, wherever you are. Spring and fall Saturdays are the busy ones — if the party is on one, book it as soon as the date is set — $100 holds it, and the rest is charged 30 days before.
What is the $500 hold?
A refundable authorization on the card, placed two days before the kit ships and released when the return gets its first carrier scan. It shows as pending, not as money moved. It is what lets us ship the kit without a person attached to it.
What if something goes wrong on the night?
Call or text (914) 825-5498. The line is answered by someone who has run this booth at a wedding, and the help centre walks through the common fixes — a paper jam takes about a minute.
