Almost certainly. It needs about 8 feet by 8 feet of floor space to be used comfortably, and one standard wall outlet within roughly 15 feet.
It does not need the venue's Wi-Fi — the booth carries its own network, so shooting and printing work regardless of what the venue's connection is doing.
Indoors or under cover. Not in open weather: the printer is damaged by moisture and the backdrop stand is not built for wind.
