Scuffs, marks and general party evidence are ordinary wear and are never charged for. We expect a kit to come back looking like it went to a wedding.
For real damage we will tell you the amount and the reason before we charge anything. There are no silent charges — and because your hold is released the moment the box is scanned back to us, anything found on inspection is a conversation first.
