The $100 that reserved your date is not refunded, whenever you cancel — it is what took the date off the calendar.
Anything else you have paid: refunded in full more than 60 days before your event.
Inside 60 days: we refund everything we have not already spent building and staging your kit. Call us and we will tell you that figure honestly before you decide.
If we cannot supply a kit for your date for any reason, you are refunded in full — the $100 included — and we will help you find someone else.
