You are near the end of a ribbon panel. Let the current strip finish rather than stopping mid-print.
Then swap the media pack in the side pocket.
If a fresh pack prints the same way, stop and call (914) 825-5498 — that is a printer issue, not a media issue, and we will sort it rather than have you burn through media.
